Help I have an error

Help needed as I have an error message 0xc000000f and windows failed to start and I do not have a windows intallation disc. I have tried F8 several times but still nothing. Can anyone give me a suggestion on how to fix it?? Thanks

Can you give us the full error message? There is usually a clue to what needs repairing. It is often boot.ini, the boot manager or BCD.

Are you using XP or Vista?

Can you borrow an XP Pro or a Vista Installation Disc?
