Help me !

If anyone can help with the following it would be greatly appreciated. I have a Vaio VGN-N38E.

1. My touchpad seems to be failing me.

2. My laptop is now quite slow and there could be problems with the hard drive, i would like to re-install the operating system. I cant find the disks that came with the laptop when i bought it. Does anyone know how to get replacements ?

You should be able to recover your Vaio from the hard disc recovery partition.
