I get the following error message: System DLL user32.dll was reallocated in memory. Application will not run properly. the relocation occurred because the DLL C:\windows\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for windows DLL's. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted fro a new DLL.
I have tried but cannot access e-support as supplied login name is not recognised. Can anyone help ... please.

It has been caused by a Microsoft Security Update - Have a look at this recent thread for a solution.
