Hi aizberg911 and welcome.
You have a SATA Hard disc which needs the SATA drivers to be installed during XP Installation.
I have attached the Intel Matrix Storage Manager SATA/RAID drivers at the bottom of this post - right-click on the .ZIP download and 'Extract All' to a floppy disc.
During the XP Install you need to hit F6 at the Welcome to Setup screen to load the driver from the attached USB Floppy Drive.
Choose ICH8M Sata AHCI driver for mobile.
If you do not have a floppy drive, you may find usng nLite easier to create a custom install of XP.

You can insert the SATA drivers into the install. Click Insert > Single Driver. From the Intel Matrix Install Floppy, chose iaahci.inf, it will open up a screen of the drivers. Select the HEM/HBM SATA AHCI controller (mobile) NOT WORKSTATION/DESKTOP.
There are no XP Drivers or XP Utilities available from Sony - they do not support XP on your model. I would check your hardware but the VGN-N11S is probably a good place to start for XP drivers and XP utilities. You can download them from here: -

EDIT: Oooops - forgot the drivers: -
I put drivers with nlite now I should burn instal cd ? ?
