How can I cancel a order? The bank declined my order, and asked me to repay. There is not a repayment option for the order in sony online shopping. So i want to cancel my order and make a new one , how can I do it. There is no cancel option in that page.
It is weird, the order status shows "Your payment is currently pending authorization" but the product status shows "Our factory has received your order and has scheduled production of your unit". I don't understand. Bank has already asked me to repay but they have already scheduled my order....
