i have just purchased a vaio sony laptop, windows 8, and cannot download itunes, and if i try watching programmes on ITV player, it won't allow me to do that either. i have checked re adobe flashplayer, and it says i have the latest version, as it comes with windows 8. i am guessing this problem relates to security settings, but have tried looking at these in control panel etc, and am still no nearer sorting the problem out. can anyone help? thank you.,
