i have the sony VGN AR31S, I left my laptop on for twenty minutes, when i came back, to carry on my laptop was in sleep mode, normaly i just touch the keys to carry on, but the screen remained black, and nothing happening, so i switched it off, now all i get is the recovery screen, but after fallowing instuctions it is still refusing to boot up. Please can you help. Thanks.
