How Do I Cancel My Order ?

Hello , I accidentally made a duplicate order due to a glitchy browser on my phone which caused an £850 order to become a £1700 order . Thankfully my bank won't process the order unless I have enough money which is why I need to cancel the duplicate order so I can actually pay for my laptop. There is no Manage account button or any button that says Cancel on the My Account page and the lines are closed on a Sunday . Please HELP !!!!!

I believe that you should be able to cancel an order via Your Account

Once logged in click on Open Orders..

Failing that then contact the Sony store on Monday on 0845 6000 124 between 9am - 7pm..
