How do I copy files from my Iphone?

For some reason my VAIO can't find any files when I connect my Iphone. Is there anybody who can help me solve this problem?

Hi ubbeortberg and welcome.

Are you connecting using iTunes on your Vaio?  Apple try to stop you copying files to/from iPhones.  You are going to need a file transfer App - several available if you Google.

Its like any other phone? When i plugged my phone in and registered it to my itunes, it automatically done them for me, all i had to do was open my photo's file and copy the photo's and paste them to my pictures file on the lab top
