how do I enable Wake-On-Lan on my VPCL12S1E ?

Does anyone know how to enable/disable Wake-On-Lan on a VPCL12S1E.

I have looked through the bios set up and there is nothing, and Google is not helpful.

Perhaps it is not available ?
