How do I remove the Keys?

How do I remove the Keys from a VAIO E-series Notebook Keyboard?

I have searched the web for videos/pictures/instructions for how to do this, but I have found nothing for this specific notebook.

Hi Shardig, posting what model E series would have been useful but take a look for your model here you may find some instructions that will help.

All the E-series have the same types of keys as the e-series in the photo I provided...

The specific model number is VPEC1M1E.

Can someone please help? Or is it so easy an obvious that I should just be able to do it? I just don't want to break anything.
