How much memory?

Hey,
i was wondering if anyone can help me. im planning a memory upgrade for my GRT786M and i know i need to get DDR PC2100 ram, however i dont know how much ram my motherboard can support as i was planning to buy 2gb.
any help would be great.

According to the specification at www.vaio-link.com - the computer can support a maximum of 1Gb
