As part of my attempts to get Puppy Linux to run at all on my ageing Sony PCG-FX109K laptop it was suggested I should disable 1 time boot keys, bios quick boot and power options. I think I have managed to disable the power options in the BIOS Setup Utility, but there do not appear to be any options in this Utility (Version R0211U0) to change the bios quick boot or the 1 time boot key. Does anyone know how to do this on the this machine?
Additionally, does anyone know of a human being on the planet who knows how to get Puppy Linux to run on a PCG-FX109K laptop or where I should look to find such a person?
Cheers
Bill
Hi, Bill.
Don't know anything about power-keys at your model. But I think that you can find some useful information at this site. Maybe info about other PCG-FX can help you to fix all your problems.
Good luck

Hi
If I can give you an hint, leave Puppy Linux and get into Arch -the BEST distro you can have
