I want to disable it at all and use only usb-connected mouse.
I am using Windows 7.
Tried some google-ways, but nothing
You can disable/enable the touch pad while a mouse is connected to your computer.
To change the touch pad settings, use the VAIO Control Center. You will find this in Control Panel.
Be sure to connect a mouse before disabling the touch pad. If you disable the touch pad before connecting a mouse, you will be able to use only the keyboard for pointer operations.
I don't have any mouse-like menu or option in my Vaio control center, there is just "System Information" only.

There should be several sections in Vaio Control Centre - are you using the original operating system? Have you deleted any Vaio functions?
Have a look at Page 33 of your User Guide: -

Signed in as Administrator,
I've reinstalled windows from 7 home to 7 ultimate,
After reinstalling I've iinstalled Vaio Control Center
Also I've installed ALPS pointing device driver
It would seem that Vaio Control Centre does not work properly after changing the OS. I presume you did a clean install?
Have you reinstalled ALL the drivers and utilities?
You may have to resort to the 'Google' suggestions - have you tried disabling the touchpad in Device Manager?
Yes, reinstalled OS 1 more time, installed Vaio Control Center and got the same.
I've installed ALPS pointing device driver (got some tweaks in control mouse panel), but there is no 'touchpad', just mouse.
