I CANNOT FIND HOTKEY (VOLUME + FN) DRIVERS OR SOFTWARE PLEASE HELP

I have Sony Vaio VGN-NS11S, i installed Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit... I found every drivers and softwares... but i cannot find Hotkey Driver to use Fn + other function buttons. For example i cannot see a display alert when i open the volume...

Please somebody help me...
