sony loses more customers each month,all of them to ipod,just a small minority to other companies,which of course affects our sake as the vp users reduce and there is no real pressure onto sony to release stuff like firmware to fix the problems...


can a company be that "rude" against its customers?

I dunno, maybe it's the speed of technology, Sony is introducing lots of products each year/month, and as I experienced, that means they care less about their current customers and more about creating new gadgets.
That's not cool at all, I'm a gadget freak myself, but I need my gadgets to reach their potential. Sony is a great company, but it never let the customers fully enjoy their products, and it's becoming worse and worse.
Sony is a giant company, and making unbelievable profits each year, more than we could imagine. But where the money goes? It's our money in their pockets, and it's their pocket in our pockets! But I believe that they enjoy our money more than we enjoy their product!
Sony I respect you in being the leader of electronic technology, but you really and badly SUCK at customer care, think about it...

Its not just the VAIO Pocket thats suffering - its the VAIO laptops and desktops too...

Just look at the sheer amount of broken DVD/CDRW drives there are out there!!

Sony you can do better than this. Please dont let us down.

sony surely knows how to produce very nice and attractive products but doesnt care enough to satisfy the customers in terms of support and updates.
thats just bad...
i wanted to buy my vp and everyone told me "dont trust sony again" but i went down and did it,which led me to curse sony over sonicstage and other issues mostly about software.the vp is a jewel itself,but sony doesnt let it reach its potentials!
