Important Sony Vaio Link Repair questions

Hi All

On friday the TNT man collected my VPCM11M1E Netbook from me (in Manchester, uk) and took it away. The reason was a faulty headphone jack. I had contacted Sony before that, and said the repair people would replace the jack.

Please help-

How long will it take to process the whole repair, including delivery.

Whereabouts is this repair centre? Some say Ireland, Some say Manchester, others said Czech Republic

Will they be able to do the repair? It's basically the same as a typical HP jack replacement.

If i don't want them to do anything, can I ask them to immediately return the netbook to me and stop me from having sleepless nights.
