Hi, I have a VPCEL1E1E and it's about 9 months old. It now takes about 15 minutes to start up. I have to wait for the dial up connection box to appear before anything will work. I don't even use this to connect to the Internet. Does anyone have ideas on what's wrong or how to speed it up? By the way I am a complete fool with computers so any advice needs to be written for a child! Thanks to anyone who can help.
