Install Windows 8 from scratch by booting on USB Key

I received my new laptop an SVS15112C5E. I'd like to reinstall completely Windows 8. I have a USB key with Windows 8 but impossible to boot on the key and launch the installation.

Could you help me to set the BIOS to boot on the key ?

I created an UEFI bootable key with this method, on google : Make a UEFI

Bootable USB Drive for Windows 8 or Windows Server 2012

What can I do ?
