Intel® PM965 Express ddr2 800Mhz

Hi..!

I got an Vaio FZ21e and it comes with an intel PM965 Express chipset....

In the intel site, they says in the overview that it provides 800/533 Mhz memory support, but just after that, in the description it appears: ddr2 667Mhz technology..!!!

So can I or can't I install DDR2 800Mhz in my notebook with full compatibility..??
