Intel RST service not running on Windows 10 upgrade

Laptop is a VPCF22M0E, 64 bit.

Since upgrading to Windows 10, I get this error message on task bar's "hidden icons" area.

Trying to open the application does not work and says need to reinstall.

Don't see RST driver for download on Vaio download pages.

Downloaded from Intel, installed and still not working.

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/55005/Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Intel-RST-

Downloaded and installed Intel Driver upddate Utility, but this does not detect any drivers!! :0

http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect?iid=dc_iduu

Anyone got this working?

Hi @Ctrl.A,

maybe the problem is the driver's version of RST, check the model of Chipset installed in your VAIO in: Device manager > IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers
After that go to Intel RST download page and chose an old driver, like 13.1.0.1058 > open the Read Me (txt) > control if the Chipset is listed. If the Chipset isn't, go to another driver most recent.
In my VPCF12Z1E (now with W10 Pro) and Chipset 5 Series RST the most recently driver who it works is 12.9.0.1001.

Sorry for my bad, bad english.
