Internet connection problems with my TZ

Hi all,

I recently purchased a VGN-TZ31WN and am having problems with the internet. The unit came with T mobile Web'n'walk wirless and a sim card, however i already had a web'n'walk dongle (i hate that word) from my previous laptop. After putting the sim card in my TZ i couldnt connect so i rang support. They told me to restore the factory settings (after a very lengthy conversation). After this it worked for a time (though nowhere near as well as it did with the dongle) but has now stopped working again. I have had to start using the old web'n'walk software and the dongle to connect and this is fine but understandably i would like the computer to work properly in the first place.

I’m not sure if the problem is with the actual unit or the software. Has anyone else encountered this or have any suggestions of how it could be resolved?
