Hi People.
Bought this new Sony Vaio..It won't let me stay online with explorer, also can't open AOL Mail. Can anyone advise me please?

Hi Katherine and welcome to Club Vaio.

Two answers.

The quick one is to download Firefox 3 which is an excellent alternative browser that will let you use your Vaio normally. It does everything IE does ..... but better. Download it here: -

The proper solution is open IE and go to Tools -> Manage Add-ons. You can disable each of the add-ons and re-boot until you find the culprit. I would start with any toolbars first - is there a Google Toolbar? Or you could disable the lot!!!
