Is Vaio Support stupid or what?????

Listen to this guys:
I called Vaio Support to ask if I can get a 64-bit upgrade of Vista. The guy on the phone told me that there are no 64-bit processors in Vaio Laptops available. This is a lie, because CPU-Z cleary states "EM64T" in the processor flag list. Moreover I booted Gentoo Linux x86_64 with the laptop, which means it supports 64-bit, period. (any non-64-bit CPU would fail to boot with this CD).
Now I got my reply by mail *again* that there are no 64-bit processors available for Vaio. What am I supposed to do with this??

I trashed my OS by trying to upgrade to Vista. I couldn't find my restore disks so I rang Vaio support who told me that I would have to buy the recovery CDs. Within 5Mins on the Web I found out about F10 on POST to restore the shipped image from the hidden partition!!! Not what I expect from a premium product support desk. :cry:
