I am having difficulty in downloading itunes, how do you return your laptop to the factory settings? To enable me to download itunes? thanks

If the problem is that you cannot download or install iTunes, you don't want to reset your VAIO to factory settings. Doing so wipes all your data and everything else you might have done or installed off it - as well as all Windows updates, Service packs and so on.

What is the problem you are having with iTunes?

Which VAIO model do you have?

Are you using the pre-installed operating system?
