The mouse of Keyboard model VGP-WKB1/I is not working. My PC is Vaio RA204

Is the mouse working?

Don't take offence - it sounds silly but you have tried changing the batteries?

When you switch it on, are there any icons in the LCD Panel (top right)?

Have a look in Device Manager under Keyboards. Do you have two HID Keyboard Devices? Are there any warnings or errors?



EDIT: I've just re-read your question - is it the mouse that's not working? I presume the keyboard is working OK?

Can you see the red laser?

Have a look in Device Manager under Mice. Do you have a HID-Compliant Mouse shown? Are there any warnings or errors?

And is there a switch on the bottom to deactivate the touchpad?
