Laptop Hard Drive + Warranty

I have my laptop still in warranty but there appears to be a problem with the hard drive. Will removing the Hard Drive to check the connection void my warranty?

As you are within warranty I would contact vaio support to discuss this before opening & messing with the connections..:smileywink:

I agree there is a tape/seal in the HDD I believe and if this gets torn off, it will void the warranty. Best to call tech support and have them walk you through with this.
