hello i want to overclocking my vaio and want a bios update but i dint find it .can me somebody help to get one?

I'm not sure what you've been told about overclocking but a BIOS update won't allow it (not on a Vaio anyway) and since you have a laptop overclocking is an exceptionally bad idea. You will almost certainly overheat your computer and damage it, which isn't covered by the warranty.

www.vaio-link.com downloads section. It doesn't allow you to overclock and it doesn't change anything in the BIOS either. It's just for improved compatibility. I really recommend you don't do it.
