Hi, I have a Sony Viao which had Vista installed. I recently 'upgraded' to Windows 7 and now my mousepad will not let me scroll up/down and the webcam no longer works. A trawl on the net has not produced any solutions, can anyone offer some advise please?

What flavour of Windows 7 have you installed?
1. The Sony Free Upgrade?
2. A Commercially bought clean install?
3. A Commercially bought Upgrade disc?
If 2 you will have lost all software, drivers and utilities and these must be reinstalled from the download page for your model.
If 1 or 3 then you will need to reinstall some drivers like the touchpad.
So we can point you in the right direction, please let us know your Vaio model.
