After installing windows media center rollup 2 my media player stops working ie freezing up even installed the additional updates and it still freezes Sony help centre was more like a "NO help centre" and told me to do a recovery this just resulted in 5 hours work and the same problem occured after windows updates any suggestions from people who have suffered this promblem the lappy is a VGNFE21B
