When I go into Media Gallery or Vaio Media Plus on either my laptop or on my PS3 via media server it doesn't show all my mp4 movies - they are h264 aac - which media gallery says is an accepted format.
The reason I want to use Vaio Media server is that the windows 7 doesn't play back the videos with out jumping or sticking - which i believe to be a common problem.
The videos are there but even when I do a contect analysis and a content sharing: collecting content the files never show up - also it takes days to go through my content even though it is not that big (blue and white circle in the taskbar moves round).
Is there anyway to manually insert the files in to media gallery? like you can in wmp where you drag and drop?
The guides for content analysis, media plus and media gallery are very vague and non discript.
I have a Vaio Laptop, VPCF11Z1E - all the software is upto date.
