Motion Eye camera not functioning

Hi there,
Very happy with my recent purchase apart from one glitch -
how does one activate the built-in camera on the BX297XP model? I tried re-installing the VGP-VCC1 driver from the Sony free driver download site but it objected. Do I need to go to the Vimicron web site. Is there something obvious I have overlooked? Any help much appreciated.

For the benefit of future readers, after much detective work looks like I've tracked this one down to the cordless mouse I had attached to one of the USB ports on the right. I had to disable the universal USB device via Control Panel->Performance->System->Device Manager for the system to then detect the Vimicro camera (cordless mouse still functions). Thought it was supposed to be plug and play - never mind least I'm sorted!
