MOTION EYE DRIVER

:slight_frown: Hy Guys, I have just bought a VGN-FE41M. The computer came with a really dreadful software and I have rebooted the whole system. Reinstalled Vista and the computer now performs great. However, I was not able to find any of the drivers for the devices of the computer (they sold me the computer without a drivers DVD), that is to say, the Motion Eye camera is dead, it does not work even with Skype or MSN and the functions associated with the FN key do not work any more.
Does any of you know where I can get the drivers to make this computer work properly???

Thanks a lot

If yo have made recovery DISCs. You will find the driver for the cam inside and you can download it only. If you have not made recovery Discs. You have two options: 1- to make recovery dics or 2- download the driver from sony vaio support website.
Hope this will help.

Sorry for my bad English at first.
I think you should visit this side http://vaio.sony.de/view/ShowProduct.action?product=VGN-FE41M&site=voe_de_DE_cons&category=VN+FE+Ser...

In next time you get drivers from this side

So i cannot understand why you delete your preinstalled system.
Your system is good so and you should not change a running System.
But if you want have back your old System with the Drivers from your Webcam and so on.
Its really no Problem.
You must only press F10 if you boot your Notebook and reinstall the System foirm the EISA Recovery Boot Partition.
At least you can also find the drivers on c:\drivers on your HDD.
If you want reinstall your system please make with the little Vaio Recovery Tool Recovery DVDS.
You need two DVDs.
