Mouse problem

When i move my mouse over the scren the mouse moves not smooth.

This problem occurs by USB mice (different models) and also the touchpad.

I installed the latest drivers for my vaio notebook but the probel occurs.

I have a PCG-Z1RMP Vaio notebook

Clean the bottom of it and don't use a mouse mat
