My battery charched until 80%

Hi i just bought a Sony Vaio serie S VPCSE a week ago, lots of money, and from today my battery, when i plugged in, it not charched more that 80% it saids when i click the icon: battery #1: 80% available (plugged in, but not charging), battery #2 not present. Whats the battery #2?? if somebody can help me with this issue would be great

Hi decebalus,

You have the battery care feature enabled.

To alter the settings open Vaio Control Center > Power Management > Battery Charge Functions > Advanced.
