My laptop keeps freezing

Hi, I use a T1XP laptop for about 4 years now and the last few days I am having a problem with it and it is so frustrating and annoying. Basically it freezes everytime I move the laptop, even a slight movement. It will either freeze, ie I could see the screen like normal but the cursor won't move whatsoever OR the laptop just shows blank/black screen but the power is still on. I tried to recover it. Firstly I used the system restore. Did not work. Secondly I recovered the whole laptop using the F10 key (complete recovery) and still did not work! What do I do now? Please help.

If the Vaio freezes when you move it then it is almost certainly a hardware fault. Something has physically come loose or broken inside causing an erratic electrical contact and it will probably need a repair.

I think it is unlikely to be a software problem.
