Please can someone help me!

i am trying up install the sims however my laptop just will not let me. can anyone help?

oh and also i have had the sims on my laptop before but we had to put it back to factory settings as couldnt go on anything. will that be why?

What model vaio do you have.?

When you you put it back to factory settings did you use the vaio recovery program.?

If so have you installed all of the updates available for your vaio model.?
