My Sony Vaio lappy with Vista OS pre - installed, BUT.......

Hi all..

Ok, Ive got a FE41m lappy brought just over a month ago.

The OS pre installed on it is Vista, but wheres the restore or backup oem disc they give you if your computer hits such major problems that a reinstall is required?

I have a Vista upgrade disc included in the box, so what is this disc for?

Can someone help me with advice.

Sony do not supply recovery disc's, instead your Vaio has a hidden recovery partition, you can however create recovery disc's by following this guide ..

The Vista upgrade disc I believe is used should you wish to upgrade your current Vista OS to Vista ultimate..
