MY VAIO BUZZ WHEN IT'S OFF

If I get very closer to the back of my Vaio VGN-FJ1S, I hear a faint noise, like a buzzing, EVEN IF THE VAIO IS OFF. Naturally if I remove the battery, everything make no sound.
What do you think about that? Your notebook makes the same noise? Please answer me.....

i have noticed the same thing and i hope someone has got an answer for this.have you also noticed that when you have got two pages opened the screen flashed?this is another of my concerns
