It looks strange :
I've got an external 40GB HDD, self powered by USB and this worked fine on an older laptop and on my computers.
But when I plugged it into the USB port on my Vaio, then blue screen, and messsage saying "empty the physical memory" and the computer shut down and restart.
I tried many times, each times it's the same.
I tried to plub it before to start the computer : the computer starts, then carsh again.
I tested the usb HDD on others computers, and everything works fine.
Can someone help please ?
