Yes, even its motherboard and tv tuning card have been replaced. Why? I dont know. I have to say buying all-in-one machine has been the worst decision and investment ever. We bought it because we could use it as our tv. Dont get me wrong, the design is sleek, the wireless key board and mouse work well, but the tv keeps on crashing. Then, it stopped working altogether and everything inside the machine had to be replaced. Windows Vista and its windows media centre are a big pain you may guess where. Even worst, we could not upgrade to Windows 7 because the tv did not work.
As we are not out of the warranty now (finished last December), we dont know what to do. The technician told us that this computer is not good for watching tv. So what to do now with a 1000 pounds computer that doesnt work. I think we should have gone for the IMac and we were still happy now.
Plz any advice? Has anybody else had such a bad experience with the VGC LM1E vaio model?
