my vio just power off while am using it, even though the battery is full and the power connection is on

my vio just shut down/power off completely while am using it, thought the power is connected.  It cannot be a battery problem, as the laptop is even two month old

As your Vaio is only 2 weeks old, this should not happen.

What model do you have?

What are you doing when it shuts down? How often does this happen?

Does the Vaio get hot?

Do you get any screen messages?

Has it done this from new or only recently?

If it has done this when new, take it back to the seller and ask for a replacement.

If it has started doing this after you have installed software, contact Vaio Support for advice.
