ive bought a VGN-NW11S and my web cam does not work, although vista told me it was working fine. then when I got back today my vaio told me i needed a 5U876 DEVICE, I could not fix the poroblem by trying to update driver or uninstalling "unknown device" then rebooting it. I see someone else has had the same problem as me but unfortunitly his ideas have not worked for me. Really need some help as I'm clueless + fustarted as ive had the comp for 2 days, srry 1 and half days!!!
