New Vaio Owner - FW31E

I just bought this vaio and the thin black line that runs around the screen seems to be uneven in the top right hand corner - where the minimize button on a browser would be.

any ideas if this is normal?

It's difficult to say without seeing an image of the uneven top right corner that your referring to.

If you are at all concerned have you compared your Vaio with another similar model in the shop you purchased yours from.?
