NV109M - Remember this model?

Hi,

I'm a first time poster in this forum and as it says in the subject, I have a NV109M - the one with the netmd drive and media bay...

I was wondering if there was any reason why the maximum ram allowed is 512mb when the maximum for the intel chipset in this laptop is 1024 -845MP.

And... any idea if I can somehow wire the media bay up for a hard drive?

Probably because Sony have not tested it.

As for the hard disk i woulc connect that via USB or FireWire.
