Hi all, i have a Sony Vaio VGN-FW11E laptop, my hard drive has broke so i am looking at getting a new one, i have located a new one, can anyone tell me where i could source all the drivers and operating systems that i would need for the new drive as i cant seem to find it anywhere!!!

Hi Mike.
As your VGN-FW11E is a European Vaio model, you will not find it on the Sony USA website.

Did you make a set of Recovery Discs when you first bought your Vaio? You will need these to reinstall the Vista Operating System, Preinstalled Software and Preinstalled Drivers and Utilities. You cannot download the OS and Preinstalled Software - just the Drivers and Utilities.
If you did not make the Recovery Discs, you will need to contact Vaio Support and purchase a replacement Recovery Disc Set. You will need to use the Out-of-Warranty premium telephone line and have your Vaio's Serial Number at hand.
