Hi,
I just ordered a customized E series. However, after I login to my account if I click on the order name it does nothing, I can't see configuration or anything about it.
Also I have added some engraved text to the order, it does not shows anywhere neither on the orders webpage nor in my email I've received. Is this normal, where I can see all of these details?
