Payment is never confirmed. Sony does not reply to email!

Hello!

I ordered a Sony Vaio S13P from sony the 8th of november. I payed and the money was charged from my bank account, still it says on the order that the payment is yet to be confirmed!

I've tried to send several emails to Sony through their online form, but I do not get a reply!

What should I do from here?
