pcg-7185m has locked me out of preinstallled office version 2007

i have been locked out of my preinstalled version of office 2007 - i am unable to do anything except print off pre-constructed documents.. i am unable to construct any new documents ony description, or edit previous documents.

it still asks for the product key as i attempt to open the program - the key i am typing in is the one on the underside of the notebook - i am assuming this is correct (or am i being a dumbass!!!???)

Anyone any ideas on how i can rectify this would be gratefully appreciated

Hi steeve,

the product key that appears onn the base of your Vaio is a generic OEM key that Sony use..

Have you already activated the MS Office trial.:smileyconfused:
