PGC-TR2MP Case

Got a VAIO Tr1 in September last year. tried a plastic Cover for carrying around ( from a paper shop A4+) , but In the end I bought the carrying pouch that was offered for the Vaio Tr1 back then (November I think) . Igot it 2 weeks later and found that it is the perfect solution for my needs:
perfect fit, no extra space for things I wouldnt like to carry in my notebook case anyway.Small Frm factor , only one Centimeter bigger than my Tr1

It gives the Protection I need to carry it around in my bag everyday

Only problem is: Ithink it isn't offered by SONY anymore. Maybe you can find it on E-Bay.

I've just bought the ultra fit tr2 and am very impressed with it. It is so very light and portable, however I don't want to take it anywhere in danger of scratching/damaging it. Trying to find a case but being so small it tends to rattle around in most cases. Are there any companies that make covers this small?

Just checked them out. Looking for something a little more chic. Tried phoning local sony centre. They do an officail one. Wanted to charge £50 for it FIFTY POUNDS! I don't understand. I have found the same case on the net for £38 from other sources. You'd have thought the cheapest place to get sony goods from would be a sony store. How wrong I was.

You could always try the CT5K Vaio case. There is only enough room for the machine and it isn't cheap, but it does look good.

It took 6 weeks wait for Sony in Manchester to get one for me, but it was worth it.
